Ongoing Group Training

Our popular Group Classes are run only by 100% qualified Russian Kettlebell Certified (RKC) trainers. Held up as the gold standard of kettlebell training worldwide this means that you will receive only the highest quality training. Our classes are designed to be challenging yet safe and have seen members go from out of shape to sleek and strong in just a few months!

With classes run:

Monday - Friday morning at 6am
Monday/ Wednesday night at 6.30pm
Saturday at 10am

Our classes are uniquely designed to profit from the wealth of knowledge of training on offer from Dragon Door. We combine the "Deep Six" RKC movements with six core body weight exercises along with essential drills from the Functional Movement System to offer the best group training environment possible. With each of the Six having multiple levels of progressions we are able to offer a suitable training session to everyone from elite athletes to those rehabilitating injuries. This three pronged attack on strength, mobility, flexibility and the skill of movement is the forefront of functional fitness found anywhere in Australia.

Group training is not for everyone however and some clients require Personal Training to ensure that they are safe to join the fast pace of the group training environment. This is based on an initial Functional Movement Assessment. Clients showing substantial asymmetry will need to attend PT as well as group training to fix up weakness and train safely. We care about you being able to train safely and maintain good health - allowing you to train when you are not safe to do so would be negligent of us.

Personal Training

Dragon Door Australia has only RKC qualified kettlebell trainers. While we have helped to produce world champions and elite athletes most of our clients are just like you – every day people looking to regain their health and athleticism and lose a bit of weight.

Beginning with a Functional Movement Screen our PT clients receive 100% attention to their individual needs and weaknesses. By combining the use of corrective exercise with RKC strength training concepts we can quickly progress you beyond normal training.

Whether it is for fat loss, technique or instructor coaching or for sporting needs our PT sessions will get you there the fastest way possible. With 100% tailored for you, individualized programs there is no faster way to reach your goals.

Online Training

We realize that not everyone lives close enough to make traveling to train in person with us viable so now we offer personalized online training.

Catering to a wide variety of needs Andrew has trained everyone from Cirque de Soleil performers to world champions to fat loss clients – all from the other side of the world! Whether your goal is to pass the HKC or RKC, fix your technique after testing or even just to get stronger and fitter online training can get you there.

Workshops


As Australia’s leading kettlebell training source we have workshops regularly throughout the year ranging from technique sessions aimed at beginner to instructor levels as well as specific events such as our Functional Movement and Martial Power workshops.
